Join Father Louis for a day of Christian architecture, art, and music!
We will begin the morning with a tour of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Wauwatosa. Learn about the history and architecture of this unique and famous church, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1956. Get an insight into how Greek Orthodox churches and spirituality are similar to and different from our own traditions.
After touring the church, we will stop by the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Milwaukee for a lunchtime organ recital performed by Agnieszka Kosmecka.
We will conclude our trip with a late lunch at Maggiano’s Little Italy, then return to the parish on full stomachs!
