During the month of October 2020, we invite all St. Jude parishioners to take a few minutes to complete a survey on how we can continue to serve our community during this time of pandemic. Your response will help us continue to develop programming and worship options to safely serve you during these challenging times.
There are two ways you can complete the survey: You can click the link above to complete the survey online. Or you can complete a printed survey (available in the churches and parish office) and place it in the collection basket at Mass, or send it to/drop it off at the St. Jude Parish Office (1025 W. 5th Ave., Oshkosh, WI 54902).
The survey is confidential and your name will not be shared unless you request that we contact you further. We appreciate your feedback and help during this time of change!
